The Unexpected

Life is funny. I never thought that I would be this happy, this content, this thankful for all that God has given me. This year has gone by so fast. So many things have happened in my life in such a short amount of time. Sean and I have undergone some of the most stressful things anyone can go through. We got married. Moved. Had a baby. Moved again. Started a new job. But I can say even though it has been interesting and really hard, it also has been awesome. Because we have had to completely rely on God. We have had to trust him with everything. What a blessing!

In the midst of it all, I have had the honor and priviledge of becoming a mother. I have found such joy in it. My sweet precious Noah was born this summer. He is so much fun, and I am learning more about the world everyday with him. It is so neat to see the world through his eyes. Everything so fresh and new.

Where we are now:

Sean is in his first year in residency at MCG in Augusta. He is a surgery intern (sort of like Grey's Anatomy for all you Sunday night watchers). So you see, my husband is busy all the time and is hardly home. We do the best we can to see each other. But I am not going to lie - it is hard.

So that leaves me and Noah. I stay at home with him, and I love it. I wouldn't trade it for anything in the world.

Events that have happened recently:

1. Sean got in a wreck. Not his fault by the way. He is fine and all is well - just a minor inconvenience.
2. Everyday there is something new with Noah, but lately we have found our vocal cords and love singing/talking baby jargon all the time now.

Well, that is all for now. I am loving seeing what is going on in your lives. Thanks for clueing me in. I love you all and miss you terribly.
